All ghd styling irons are shipped FREE of charge.
All other ghd products are shipped according to your order value as shown below.

All iron orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent to
ensure a swift next day delivery, which is fully insured and traceable.
Iron orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered Monday.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday for
Tuesday delivery.
Please note ghd2u.co.uk aim to deliver all UK standard delivery items within 2 4 working days.
Please make allowances for orders made over the weekend or Bank Holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, as this is
beyond our control.
The cost of postage and packaging is shown prior to confirming your order.
Please note we do EXHAUSTIVE CHECKS on all credit card and address details prior to delivery, if you are using a fraudulent card, it WILL show on our system and the Goods will not be dispatched.
If however you are genuine, depending on the timing of your order, in a small percentage of cases, card checks can take up to 24hrs which may delay processing of your order slightly. Please bear with us if this is the case , I am sure you will agree it is better to be safe than sorry.
It is preferable that you use the same delivery address, registered to the card holder, and use a card that is part of the New 3D Secure scheme in order to combat internet card fraud.

Counterfeits
Beware Counterfeit ghd websites
To be entirely sure that the ghd styler that you are purchasing is genuine, only purchase from www.ghd2u.co.uk or approved websites and salons.
There is currently a large number of unauthorised web sites currently offering very low cost fake ghd stylers. These counterfeit stylers are not manufactured by ghd. Not only are these stylers fake, they are cheaply made and shipped from china, ghd do not manufacture or retail any products from China.
Counterfeit hair irons do not have the same level of safety or performance as the original ghd styler.
Under no circumstances will ghd honour the 2 year warranty on any counterfeit product.
Counterfeit stylers do not meet with the European electrical safety legistlations and may in fact be a danger to your health and could cause electrocution, serious burns or hair damage. Unsafe electrical items may also cause dangerous electrical fires.
How to spot a fake ghd website
Only Approved ghd retailers have a live ghd click to verify link on their website pages. This is unique to genuine ghd approved online retailers. Do not purchase from any website that does not have this live link, showing todays date and linking direct to ghds own website for verification.
The current batch of fake web sites may look as though they are genuine ghd websites, and can be difficult to initially spot.
A high number of these sites appear and disappear daily.
In a high number of cases, goods are not dispatched from these websites and their customers are left with no means to track their purchase.
The first thing to check is the websites contact details. If they dont have a UK based telephone number and mailing address, chances are they are a fake website.
If there is no telephone number or customer service number, again beware.
If the styler is going to be shipped from the Far East e.g. China or Hong Kong or the shipping time is more than 2 or 3 days, it is likely to be a fake product. Approved UK ghd retailers such as www.ghd.co.uk, always offer next working day delivery.
If the method of payment is only Paypal and not a standard payment gateway, such as Sage Pay, it is also advisable to avoid. Paypal accounts can be setup extremely quickly and no authorised retailer uses it exclusively.
Finally and most importantly if the price looks too good to be true, chances are it is. If they are offering £120 + stylers for only £50 or £60 again the offer will be too good to be true.

Please notify ghdhair (visit www.ghdhair.com or call them on 0845 330 1133) and they will take legal action against the seller. Unfortunately they cannot compensate purchasers of fake goods and you will not be able to rely on any form of guarantee if the styler is not a genuine ghd product.
